I want to build a landing page for a call for applications. The application invites eligible women to apply for a nuclear security policy and leadership fellowship. The page should be minimalist with only colors from the logo attached. Build it with HTML, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS only. The details for the call are attached too. This is the application link: https://tinyurl.com/aurora-nsplf. Generate and include a QR code.
